Drone / aerial cinematography certainly wasn’t something my high school career counselor discussed with me. I was working in video playback, and taking freelance camera gigs when saw my first multi-rotor in 2013. I immediately purchased a camera drone and practiced every day. For me there’s nothing more gratifying than capturing unique perspectives by moving a camera in 3D. >< This passion was ignited when I was a young man producing ski videos in Keystone Colorado, and shooting from a hot air balloon. See Keystone Mtn Amenities video below. Even tho my hands were so cold that I couldn’t hit the stop button, my soul was on fire. Fast forward to the day I saw the DJI Phantom 1. I knew in a flash what I was going to do with my life from that moment forward….
